About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team at Elements Connect. You'll play a key role in building and scaling our workforce management platform that helps companies like beauty manufacturers and 3PLs optimize their workforce operations. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging technical problems while making a meaningful impact on operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions

• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across our platform

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to our engineering culture

• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical planning

• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web technologies

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)

• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of software testing practices and methodologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in workforce management, manufacturing, or logistics sectors

• Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js)

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

• Experience with GraphQL APIs

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
