About the Role

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to shape the user experience of Elements Connect's workforce management platform. You'll work at the intersection of complex operational workflows and intuitive design, creating solutions that make workforce management more accessible and efficient for companies in manufacturing and logistics.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from research and ideation to final implementation

• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on user research insights

• Design intuitive interfaces for workforce management tools and operational dashboards

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the development cycle

• Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback and data

• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B or technical products

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking

• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)

• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

• Excellent visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for manufacturing, logistics, or HR technology

• Background in data visualization and operational dashboard design

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design

• Experience with prototyping tools (Principle, Framer, InVision)

• Understanding of user analytics and A/B testing methodologies

• Familiarity with agile development processes
